Oslo Forum keynote speech by HE President Moon Jae-in on 12 June

The event will take place at the ceremonial hall of the University of Oslo, the Aula, on Wednesday 12 June at 12:00-12:40 (CET). Minister of Foreign Affairs Ine Eriksen Søreide will give the opening remarks, and will engage in a conversation with the President following his speech. BBC Seoul Correspondent Laura Bicker will moderate the conversation.

The event is open for a limited number of accredited media representatives. Please arrive by 11.00 at the latest and note that photo ID will be required.

The speech will take place on the first anniversary of the Singapore Summit. The audience will consist of Norwegian officials, diplomats, official international guests, scholars, and a select group of students of Peace Studies. This year marks 60 years with diplomatic relations between Norway and the Republic of Korea. Oslo has been at the centre of a number of important peace initiatives over the years, and is the home of the Oslo Forum.
